Hardware Diaries
July 19 and 26, 7:30pm
An original episodic comedy that tells the story of Gregg Wrighter, an Ivy league, career driven, overachiever who spent his life running from the shadow of his family’s business, Wrighter’s Hardware and the small town he grew up in, only to find himself forced to return after he gambles his career & life savings away. Upon his return his Grandfather passes away & Gregg reluctantly takes over the family business where he is challenged everyday by the sarcastic staff, clueless customers & ridiculous locals all whom have one thing in common, their love of wrighter’s Hardware. Originally written as a television sitcom, “The Hardware Diaries” will be performed as 2 episodes that run approximately 20 minutes each with an intermission between episodes.
